Grote Chair of the Philosophy of Mind and Logic

Applications are invited for the Grote Chair of the Philosophy of
Mind and Logicin the Department of Philosophy. The Chair is
available from 1 October 2001, on the retirement of Professor Malcolm
Budd.

We are seeking a scholar and teacher of international standing.
Candidates may have research interests in any areas of philosophy.
Salary is negotiable withinthe professorial range.
