SPEECH SCIENTISTS and ENGINEERS

20/20 Speech is a commercial company set up to exploit
DERA's 15 year investment in speech technology research.
Backed by NXT, experts in exploitation of intellectual
property, the company is rapidly expanding and looking to
recruit SCIENTISTS and ENGINEERS. Working as part of a 30
strong world class team, you will be involved in developing
state of the art speech recognition, synthesis and user
interface technology. You will have a degree or equivalent
experience in mathematics, engineering or a physical
science. Numeracy and the ability to design and run
experiments on Unix or similar computer systems is
essential. Some experience in speech technology, signal
processing or computer science is desirable though not
essential.
