Developers

TEMIS is a technology&consulting startup engaged in exciting
activities in the knowledge management/computational linguistics/text
mining field. In order to deliver on our customer contracts in several
European countries (France, Germany, Italy) as well as for the
development of text mining software we are looking for talented
persons to become part of our team.

Two types of positions are offered:
- Information Technology Specialist/Developer
- (Computational) Linguist.

Creative and motivated individuals will find plenty of opportunities
to contribute to the definition, implementation and delivery of
advanced solutions in the field of information retrieval, knowledge
management and natural language processing. We offer competitive

Good communicative skills in English are essential.

Requirements:

IT SPECIALIST POSITION

A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or
related field, or equivalent IT experience is required as well as good
programming skills (C/C++, Perl, Java). Solid experiences in
application building, data bases, user interface design or natural
language processing would be a big plus.

LINGUIST POSITION

A degree in Linguistics/Language Technology field or equivalent
experience is required. Experience with formal methods and especially
experience in the implementation of formal grammar descriptions and
the use of finite-state methods are a plus.
