Research Fellowship
The School of Education is considering putting forward Language Education/Applied Linguistics/TESOL as a priority area for recruiting to a
University of Leeds Research Fellowship. These are high profile RF posts which are for 5 years, followed by a permanent Lecturer post.
During the 5 years, the RF will work mostly on research, with some specialised teaching. The RF would be working alongside established
researchers within the Language Education Research Group (more details on http://edu.leeds.ac.uk/research/groups/language/home.htm )
The RF would be post-PhD with a good set of high level publications ( for 2001 RAE ), and an established research area. The application
would require a proposal for a five year research programme, including plans for attracting external research funding.
