Exciting Opportunities for C/C++ Software Engineers
in Speech Telephony at 3F Ltd (part of the MindMaker, Inc. group)

We are currently seeking several individuals to help us develop our large
scale speech recognition system and telephony applications based on this
system. The work will be technically challenging and will cover all aspects
of the project life cycle, with opportunities to learn new skills in a field
which will be of key importance in the new millennium.

Strong C/C++ software developers with several years industrial experience are
required, in addition to new or recent graduates who should possess a 1st or
high 2.1 Honours Degree in Computer Science (or joint Honours with
Mathematics). In addition to excellent C++ skills, experience in one of the
following areas would be an advantage: Visual C++, MFC, STL, Telephony (CTI),
XML, ASP, ODBC.

It is essential that applicants should be able to work in close knit teams,
achieve strict deadlines, show great enthusiasm and commitment to the
project and the company, be self-motivated and very flexible.

Remuneration package include a competitive salary, stock options, pension
