to market
* Design tools to improve our development process

Required Qualifications
* 1+ years in Perl or C tools/parser development
* Previous experience writing/using parsers
* Good understanding of pattern matching

Desired Qualifications
* Knowledge of Java, jsp, HTML, XML
* Phonetics/Linguistics
* Work with voice recognition based services
