Our Speech Understanding Group at DaimlerChrysler Research in Ulm/Germany has
been working over the years very successfully in the area of speech
processing.
We have experience in the fields of speech recognition, speech-based
man-machine interaction, speech synthesis, machine translation, content
analysis, and electro-acoustics in cars.
We are currently looking for young colleagues who would like to work in one of
these fields and who are willing to work with enthusiasm on scientific
problems
as well as their application-oriented aspects. Candidates should have
excellent grades and a masters degree or equivalent in one or more of the
following areas:
- signal processing,
- information technology,
- computer science,
- communication technology,
- computational linguistics,
- or related disciplines.
We expect the candidate to demonstrate flexibility and proficiency in order to
develop cross-team solutions in a casual, yet focused work environment.
