Department of Art History and Theatre Research
Associate professorship in Theatre Research (J.nr 401-221-474/00-4431) to
be filled by 1 August 2001.
The successful candidate must have a broad knowledge of the various
disciplines and methods and through his/her scholarly work be able to
document a special expertise in the field of research in theatrical
history.

Department of Romance Philology
Associate professorship in Modern French Literature (J.nr.
401-221-476/00-4271) to be filled by August 2001.
The successful applicant will do research in and teach modern French
literature and textual analysis, as well as French literary history and the
theory of literature. She/he is expected to teach and supervise in the
literary and cultural aspects of the subject area at all levels.

General conditions:
Since the successful applicant must be able to participate in all
departmental and Faculty activities, including examination and
administration, it is required that if he/she is without previous knowledge
of Danish, he/she must acquire adequate knowledge of the language within
two years of the date of appointment.

The Dean of the Faculty will appoint an assessment committee. Upon receipt

Terms of appointment and payment are in accordance with the agreement
between the Ministry of Finance and the relevant professional organisation.
