The Department of Linguistics at the Ohio State University seeks
candidates for a tenure-track position in computational linguistics at
the rank of Assistant Professor. The appointment would start as early
as the Autumn of 2001.

The person filling the position will be expected to be active in
research and publication, to meet standard departmental teaching
requirements and to perform service duties as required by the
department, College and University. We are particularly seeking
applications from computational linguists whose research complements
existing departmental strengths in pragmatics, phonetics and
phonology, or psycholinguistics, or some combination of these.
