Doctoral Program in Cognitive Science, Institute of Interdisciplinary
Studies, Carleton University, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, seeks
applicants for a two-year Postdoctoral fellowship, with a possibility
of renewal for a third year. Funded jointly by the Canada Research
Chairs Program and Carleton University, the Fellowship will carry a
salary of CN$35,000 p.a., plus benefits and a modest start-up
grant. The teaching load will be two one-semester undergraduate
courses p.a., plus a one-semester graduate seminar p.a.
Applicants may be from any area of cognitive science but ability to
contribute to an on-going team project on the semantics - pragmatics
boundary from the perspective of cognitive science would be an asset.
All Ph.D. requirements must be completed by the starting date of the
Fellowship, July 1st, 2002.
