7 November: fyi -- scholarships, Germany & The Netherlands

The German Academic Exchange Services has offered up to 6 research grants
for Post-Graduate students. Applications are accepted from students of
Irish nationality who have obtained at least an upper second class degree
and should not be older than 32 years of age when taking up the scholarship.
Students in the Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences should have a good
command
of German.
