The MA in Philosophy of Mind and Language is run in association
with the AHRB PROJECT ON CONSCIOUSNESS AND SELF
CONSCIOUSNESS.
The project aims to bring together philosophers and psychologists
from different universities who work on different aspects of
explaining consciousness and self-consciousness. It runs regular
workshops, seminars and an inter-institutional graduate research
and discussion group.
We very much welcome interest from MA and PhD students
interested in pursuing their research within the framework of the
project. They will be invited to participate in project activities, and
we can offer supervision by one or more members of the project.
