Title: ASR Development - New Development projects

Role: Automatic Speech Recognition and Speaker Verification - ASR Tuning
for >95% accuracy across all domains and contexts. Understand ASR
algorithms to improve multi-variate tuning methodologies. Implement
adaptive learning for patent of technique to improve automatic recognition
of utterances. Do comparative analysis of 3d party, licensable and open
source ASRs. Make recommendations for company<92>s future platforms. Identify
an engine for extension to support the next SLI methodology - hybrid Natural
Language Processing scheme.

Skills and Experience:
- Ph.D. in computational linguistics, physics, mathematics, electrical
engineering or computer science or equivalent experience with industry
background preferable
- In depth scientific research in the area of ASR.
- c3 years experience post doctorate or equivalent industry experience.
- Solid grounding in statistics, Hidden Markov Models, Speech Acoustics,
TTS, ASR or NLP.
- Deep quantitative or scientific ability.
- Probability theory is a plus.
- In depth experience in programming of algorithms employing Perl, Prolog,
C
or other languages.
