timely technology solutions, which add value to our

new challenge of integrating all IT systems Group
wide.

AIB's IT Infrastructure

Development Environment:

Internet/Intranet: Visual Basic, C++, Java,
Lotus Notes/Domino, WAP, HTML,ASP.
Client/Server: Visual Basic, Visual C++,
ACCESS, Powerbuilder, Progress, Workflow,
Imaging and many more.
Mainframe: PL/1, Cobol, DB/2, SQL,

Hardware Environment

IBM mainframes process our high-volume
transaction applications while our
advantaged data warehouse is managed on
NCR-Teradata. These platforms form the
hub of a communications network serving our
worldwide operations. This environment
includes OS/390, MVS, CICS, IMS, DB/2, MQ
Series.
Midrange computers, such as AS400, RS6000
and Tandem, provide business solutions for
niche processing requirements. The
environment includes NT, Cisco Routers,
OS/2, X25, TCP/IP.
