The Language Specialist will be working on the following four areas:

Lexicon testing
Language-focused handwriting recognition testing
Language Model spec review
Data collection script review/verification.

The challenges for this position include understanding the linguistic
issues of the specified language relative to a handwriting recognition
engine and verifying that it has sufficient overall accuracy to
provide a positive user experience by properly adhering to the
language usage.

Requirements:
Qualified candidates should have a background as Linguist, Translator,
Editor or Teacher.

Qualified candidates will also be creative, organized, detail-oriented
and a critical thinker.

2+ years working with or testing international languages.
Software testing skills are a plus, but are not required.
Native speaker in specified languages.
Experience with international products.
Linguistic background.
Great communication skills.
Experience with MS products, including simple batch file creation.
