Harmon Hall is a franchise of 97 EFL schools located throughout
Mexico, with head offices based in Mexico City. We are building a team
of four academic analysts/consultants to perform an assessment of our
academic program. The results of the assessment may involve a redesign
of elements such as teaching methodology, didactic materials, and
teacher training. The assessment stage will take approximately one
year, but the project may extend to several years according to
redesign and implementation recommendations. This position requires
residence in Mexico City; Spanish language ability is not a
requirement for the job, but survival Spanish will be helpful.

Three members of the team are already in place, and we hope to find
the fourth member as quickly as possible. We are interested in
receiving resumes from serious candidates only, who have an MA in
TESOL, at least three years EFL teaching experience (preferably in
Latin America), and who are available and willing to relocate to
Mexico City immediately. If you do not meet any one of these
requirements, please do not apply. We are offering a one year contract
which may be renewed. The non-negotiable gross salary is $30,000
Mexican pesos per month (around $35,000 US annually); some relocation
expenses are negotiable.
