The Department of Psychology of the University of Pennsylvania announces a
postdoctoral position (up to 2 years) for an NSF-funded project on the temporal
dynamics of phonological processing in spoken-language comprehension and
acquisition. The position involves experimental research on adults' and
children's on-line interpretation of spoken language using eye-tracking
techniques. Candidates should have a background in speech perception, phonetics,
or psycholinguistics. Previous research experience with infants or children is
desirable but not required. Evaluation of applications will begin immediately.
