Media Lab Europe's Anthropos research group seeks software
developers/hackers for an internship to assist with our research projects.
Applicants should consider themselves as having strong programming skills and
have experience in one or more of the following:
* C/C++/C# programming
* Java programming
* mixtures of analog and digital electronics
* microcontrollers / PIC programmers
Applicants should also have the following qualities:
* Desire to gain experience in a fast-paced cutting-edge research lab
* Ability to work well in groups and on your own
* Ability to learn new things quickly
* Enthusiasm and energy
The position is available immediately. Employment period will end in May 2004.

European Undergraduate Research Opportunities Prog. (EUROP)
Deadline: Accepting applications on an ongoing basis.
Tasks: As a EUROP at Media Lab Europe, you will be required to
undertake a short project, defined by the group leader with whom you
work. At the end of your stay at the lab, you will be required to make
an informal presentation of your work to everyone at the lab in the
form of a poster demonstration. In addition to gaining valuable
experience in a multi-disciplinary research environment, EUROPs may
also qualify to receive a stipend.

Students seeking a work placement in a research lab
Recent graduates looking for a short-term internship opportunity
