8 March: fyi -- four scholarships, UK

Applications are invited for four scholarships in the Faculty of
Technology, University of Plymouth, UK for postgraduate research
students commencing their studies in October 2004.=20

One of the proposed topics is "The Semantic Web".

The scholarships are available for full-time study and cover the cost of
Home/EU=20
fees. Applications from non UK/EU students are welcome with the
expectation that funds=20
have been secured to meet the difference in fee level. The scholarships
will be awarded for one year in the first instance, but may be renewed
for up to two more years (full-time) subject to satisfactory progress.
