16 September: fyi -- scholarships, Switzerland

Howdy.

I've got a document on my desk that indicates the availability
of scholarships "preferably for postgraduates" open to Irish
citizens.

The idea is that the well defined content of study during the
tenure of the scholarship would clearly benefit from being
located in Switzerland.

If you're interested, please shout sometime before I lose track
of which strata of paper on my desk is the location of the materials,
and before the 5:15 October 15, 2004 deadline.
