Salary: $45,000 to $55,000 per annum FTE, depending upon qualifications

BEST Plus is a computer-delivered language test that provides an assessment of an adult's proficiency in English.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Duties include but are not limited to:
Maintains contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction
Segments market and develops a comprehensive sales strategy to maintain and/or increase market share
Initiates communications with potential customers to increase sales
Advises Project Manager on feedback from the field to inform strategic, operational and business planning

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: B.A. preferred with major concentration in marketing, business, public relations, advertising, journalism, or communications.
Experience:
Must have:
at least five years' experience managing and implementing marketing initiatives with educational or non-profit organizations;
effective written and oral communications,
ability to organize and work with multiple projects;

This position requires a team player who is also able to work independently and show initiative.
