Job Description
The Student supports the Sales Professional who is responsible for closing the sale and, in addition, must positively impact the customer\u2019s satisfaction with IBM\u2019s engagements and offerings.
The ideal candidate will work independently for most of the activities, but may work under the guidance of a team leader or more experienced Sales Specialist in certain circumstances.
The Sales Professional is expected to establish proficiency in the product or services of the assigned discipline and to learn how these are included in total solutions.
The Sales Professional is typically assigned small to medium size opportunities within a business unit, area / country or industry unit.

Education

Desired Experience
Fluency in German and English

Desired Skills
A Sales Specialist should be motivated and dynamic, flexible with a positive attitude. He/she should demonstrate an ability to close the sale. The individual will be a self starter, with a strong drive and personal need to be successful.
The Sales Specialist will posses excellent listening and communication skills along with strong persuasive and negotiating skills.
They will either work independently or as part of a team.
