MSc RESEARCH POSITION
at the
CORK CONSTRAINT COMPUTATION CENTRE
UNIVERSITY COLLEGE CORK, IRELAND

Two one year MSc research positions are available at the Cork Constraint
Computation Centre. The project focuses on developing a set of tools to
support risk-management for online auctions.

It is important that candidates have strong object-oriented programming
skills. Knowledge of algorithms and optimisation techniques is also
desirable, although not essential. This project involves the
commercialisation of recent research into cutting-edge auction mechanisms
and offers the chance to collaborate with industry on developing a
prototype. The project is funded by Enterprise Ireland.
