19 May: fyi -- phd funding, Scotland

I've gotten some inquiries from people interested in doing a PhD in
NLG for Decision Support. In fact we (Aberdeen) have some PhD
studentships available at the moment, although these are pretty much
restricted to UK nationals, or EU nationals who have lived in the UK
for a while. See
