Job Title: Division Associate
Division/Program: Language Testing Division (LTD)
Hours per week: Full Time
Salary: $38,835 to $54,903 FTE per annum, depending upon qualifications
Position Available: immediately

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Provides expert-level specialized services for
the overall smooth operations of a 20+ staff division. Work includes
both administrative and fiscal coordination of both divisional and
project-specific activities.

Divisional Responsibilities

Organizing ongoing and occasional divisional activities.

Organizing divisional financial operations via Excel, for a variety of
uses including but not limited to, monthly budget reports for 10 or
more projects, checking budgets as prepared by staff in the Division
and monitoring monthly reports for accuracy

Maintaining and organizing divisional resources and library
Monitoring divisional supplies,
Organizing divisional meetings, supplies, and files

Project Responsibilities

Using word processing software (Microsoft Word) for correspondence,
proposals and other work, producing professional documents as required
Preparing correspondence, making photocopies, maintaining files and
databases Initiating and responding to telephonic and written
correspondence with clients and potential clients including requests
for information Acting as liaison between projects and researchers
Coordinating internal and external administrative and fiscal
procedures for project-related work Revising documents using Excel and
PowerPoint software Making travel arrangements; planning
conferences/meetings

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: College Degree preferred.

Experience: Must have at least three to five years of general office
experience at a highly responsible level. Good computer skills with
Microsoft Office package, including Outlook, Access or FileMaker Pro
are important. Must have the ability to prioritize work on several
tasks at the same time and pay attention to detail.
