Job Title: Program Assistant
Division/Program: Language Testing Division
Hours per week: Full time
Salary: $34,000 to $42,000 FTE per annum depending upon qualifications
Position Available: Immediately
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Provide general administrative support to the Language Testing Division for divisional activities and its various projects, including but not limited to:
*Organizing divisional activities, meetings, library, supplies, and files
*Making photocopies, routing mail, maintaining files and databases
*Responding to telephonic, electronic, and written requests for information
*Maintaining financial records and reconciling budgets
*Using word processing software (Microsoft Word) for correspondence, proposals and other work
*Revising electronic files using Excel and PowerPoint software
*Entering data using Excel and Access
*Making travel arrangements
*Planning conferences and meetings
*Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
*High school education or equivalent required, college desirable
*3 to 5 years of office experience
Demonstrated Abilities and Skills:
*Must be flexible, organized, and able to prioritize tasks from several projects
*Must have excellent people skills
*Must be able to clearly write simple correspondence
*Must be able to use Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
*Experience using Microsoft Access a plus
