The linguistic graduate programme (Graduiertenkolleg) 'Sentence types:
variation and interpretation' at the University of Frankfurt/Main
(Germany) offers several grants for graduate students in the areas of
theoretical linguistics (syntax, formal semantics, pragmatics),
phonetices/phonology, cognitive science, and language
typology. Information (in German) about the sub-projects of the
graduate programme can be found on the internet under

Applications including a pertinent dissertation proposal are to be
sent by March 31, 2007, to the head of the graduate programme,
Prof. Dr. T. E. Zimmermann.
