The Cognitive Science Program at the Informatics Institute of Middle East
Technical University (METU), Ankara, Turkey is accepting applications for
academic positions as full-time faculty members. Responsibilities will
involve graduate level teaching, advising, and conducting an active
research program.
By the time of appointment applicants must hold a PhD in Cognitive Science
or in a related area, e.g. Psychology, Computer Science, Linguistics,
Neuroscience, or Philosophy. Successful candidates should demonstrate a
coherent research agenda and a record of relevant publications. A
research/PhD specialization in Philosophy of Cognitive Science, Cognitive
Neuroscience, or Cognitive Psychology is particularly sought.

The Cognitive Science Program is a small research-oriented program with
interdisciplinary links to the university's Computer Science, Philosophy,
