A fully-funded studentship has become available at Lancaster
University, supervised jointly by Paul Rayson in UCREL (University
Centre for Computer Corpus Research on Language) and myself in
Psychology. The PhD will study persuasion and influence as it occurs
in voices/messages that speak out against extremism, and so it might
be of interest to a budding forensic linguist. More details can be
