We have an unrivalled opportunity for a Graduate to work in our EMEA
ProSupport Solutions Centre in Cherrywood, Dublin, offering the
highest level of technical support to all of our corporate
customers. No other centre offers you such a high level of exposure to
large clients and enterprise systems. As part of the ProSupport
Graduate Programme, you will be responsible for the overall customer
satisfaction of Dell's Enterprise customers.

Your main responsibilities will involve delivering frontline phone
based resolution support for high complexity solutions through
troubleshooting, research, environment replication & identification of
workarounds.

Qualifications:

Your skills and qualifications will ideally include a Degree in
Computer Science or Business Degree with Management Information
Systems (MIS) specialisation. As our client base is spread across
EMEA, a European language is highly advantageous.

We are looking for people with knowledge of technology matched with a
winning spirit and great interpersonal skills.
