Salary: Senior Lecturer: ?36,862 - ?45,336; Lecturer: ?31,798 - ?35,788
As part of a team you will provide undergraduate and postgraduate teaching
across a broad spectrum of theoretical and applied linguistics and English
Language studies in the Linguistics Subject Group within the Department of
Humanities. You will enhance the Department's research strengths by
developing a strong international profile through research and
publications. You will also participate in internal and external networks
to contribute to student recruitment and regional engagement. You will be
an early career or established research active academic with a relevant PhD
and/or equivalent postgraduate or professional qualification/experience.
You will demonstrate an excellent knowledge and understanding of modern
linguistic theory and methodology and ensure that you deliver a high
quality student experience. Your own high quality research outputs will
contribute to Research Excellence Framework 2014.
