Quick one for you, I'm setting up a company with a friend of mine and we're looking to hire a developer with a Computational Linguistics background. It's a startup so there'll only be 4-5 of us with not a lot of budget for the first 6-12 months so we're probably looking at a junior developer. Needs Java, Struts 2, Web services experience. Here's the full spec if you know anyone that might be interested in joining the most innovative company in the world...;-)
