Forensic Technology Analyst Role (Graduate Level or Experienced Hire)

Starting: September 2012

Forensic Technology & Dispute Services provides specialist advice to
companies and lawyers relating to fraud, corruption and regulatory
investigations. The Forensic Technology & Electronic Discovery team
capture, process, analyse and interpret electronic data for either our
investigation teams or directly for our clients. This
rapidly-expanding service, based in Dublin, offers you high-quality
work and a great deal of variety where no two cases are the same. You
will have an opportunity to work across many varied industries with
responsibility for meeting our client's expectations. Recent projects
have involved allegations of over inflating sales at a manufacturing
business, and a case of intellectual property theft.

This is your opportunity to join Deloitte's growing Forensic
Technology & Electronic Discovery team. The Forensic team deals with a
huge variety of global fraud, corruption and regulatory
investigations. You will work alongside our forensic investigation
teams on a variety of projects. You will capture, process, analyse and
interpret data for either our investigation teams or directly for our
clients. To meet the growing demands of our high-profile client base,
we are currently looking for a number of graduates with exceptional
analytical skills to join our team. We are particularly interested in
hearing from people with a keen eye for detail, who like juggling lots
of tasks and who can handle the challenge of delivering quality
results to demanding timescales.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

The preferred candidate will have, or be looking to obtain a Masters
in Information Security and Forensics (or similar), and hold a
Computer Science degree or similar technical degree.

The candidate will be able to leverage his/her technical knowledge and
problem solving ability to derive meaningful solutions for clients.

The candidate should be able to produce high quality work product
within demanding timescales.

The candidate will also need to demonstrate outstanding analytical
skills, structured thinking, commercial acumen, the ability to work in
a team and a proactive attitude.

Strong database manipulation and programming skills.
Data analysis, data mining and database reporting skills.
Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, conceptual thinking capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage change.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
Desired but not essential:
Knowledge of the Electronic Discovery techniques and tools
Knowledge of Forensic tools, such as Encase and FTK
Knowledge of various operating systems; UNIX, Windows, MAC.
