Hi Carl and Declan,

You might like to circulate the message below as an FYI to
various colleagues and students interested in working on a
Scottish Gaelic corpus. A working knowledge of Scottish
Gaelic, Manx or Irish is desirable but not obligatory.

Regards

Donncha

Subject: Scottish Gaelic corpus job opportunity

A chàirdean,

Seems things are getting serious - finally - about a tagged
Gaelic corpus.
Since on your side of Sruth na Maoile you have more
experience, this might
be a job opportunity for someone who has worked on the Irish
corpus. Since
I'm not sure who those persons might be, please accept my
apologies for
making an educated guess at folks who might be interested or
who might
know someone who would be! Please feel free to forward this
to colleagues.

2) Develop a POS tagger with an F-score at least 97%, as
