10 June: FYI -- Irish Language Internship with ADAPT (Dublin, IE) DCU]

ADAPT DCU has a 8-week paid internship opportunity in the European Language
Resource Infrastructure (ELRI) project. Please see the project spec
attached. ADAPT is based at DCU at TCD.

The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively engaging with
Irish language data holders (e.g. public bodies) to encourage them to
upload bilingual (Irish/English) language data to ELRI's national portal.
The intern will also work on the validation process of this uploaded
language data. The internship requires a high level of written / spoken
Irish and is suitable for students who are studying Irish, as well as
Machine Translation, Linguistics, Translation Studies and Computer Aided
Translation.

This internship will begin asap and is for 8 weeks this Summer. It is open
to current students who are eligible to work in Ireland.
