Howdy.

Noting that the reading is Chr 12, and that the first sentence
refers to "the mental predicate logic developed in chapter 11",
please be reassured that an encapsulation of this in a table
referred to throughout the chapter is available at the end of
the paper. It still requires some unpacking, but it is there.
